Kurt Geiger Dictionary

For their launch in the US, we gave the classic English dictionary a Kurt Geiger spin, playing on the linguistic differences in footware in the UK and the US. A pack of crisp white cards – complete with glossy scarlet thumb tabs – outlining the Kurt Geiger brand family were sent out to the US press, neatly encased in a white paper folder.

Kurt Geiger

Taking sport as a cue, Foundry designed a seasonal edit of Kurt Geiger’s S/S 13 women’s collection that channelled the energy and exhilaration of the athletics field. Foil soft drink packets and a streamlined lookbook give it some ‘go faster’ attitude.

Kurt Geiger Spring/ Summer 2013 lookbook

For the men’s S/S 13 collection, Foundry produced a promotional edit with a strong graphic identity and shoe montage imagery to accompany Kurt Geiger’s digital lookbook on their press site.

Kurt Geiger Autumn/ Winter 2012 lookbook

Kurt Geiger’s women’s A/W 12 collection channelled a punky, rebellious feel whichwas reflected in the window design and printed material.  A mini-lookbook to accompany the new digital lookbook took the shape of a folded poster, while details such as retro sherbert packets showed the fun-loving side to punk.

Kurt Geiger Website and digital lookbook

Foundry created and developed a press website for Kurt Geiger, giving journalists and editors easy access to the new season of shoes and accessories. Users can view the latest collections, create an edit of items to download, search within collections and download any of the full collections. They can also view seasonal lookbooks, trend alerts, and read current press releases. The site enabled a transition from bulky printed lookbooks to a fully integrated digital solution, complemented by a striking, slimmed down brochure of key styles.

The Idiots Are Winning RECENT POSTERS

Recent posters designed for collaborative nights with Disco Bloodbath and The Electric Elephant Festival’s launch party. The challenge was to merge visual identities from the different collaborators but still give it an ‘Idiotic’ feel.

Liberty China Design Now Brochure and window display

Working collaboratively with the V&A, Liberty’s famous windows became a visually arresting installation by Michael Wolf, as part of the museum’s China Design Now exhibition. A high-contrast neon vinyl on the windows stands out from the colourful cacophony behind it, while complementing the contemporary feel of the exhibition. The brochure shown here accompanied the exhibition, and was also sent out to Time Out subscribers.

Liberty Ronnie Wood Limited edition Lookbook

Showcasing a collaborative collection between Tamara Salaman (Creative Director, Liberty of London) & Ronnie Wood, this limited edition book features a beautiful bespoke hand binding. Designed to reflect the collection, it is tactile and highly luxurious.

Liberty christmas poster

Liberty chose a fun, circus theme as the basis for their Christmas identity, with the store transformed into a carnival of colour – ‘The Greatest Show on Earth’. This promotional project was a poster on one side with an all-singing illustration by the talented Shaun Mills; the other side was a gift guide featuring a range of Liberty goods.

Liberty Denim fit guide book

Designed to reflect the industrial vibe of the store’s denim department, this jeans guide was printed on heavy-duty recycled paper, with a treated canvas cover and bound with bespoke, riveted steel binders. Completing the raw urban effect, they were then fastened to tables with steel chain.

Liberty shopping brochure

A brochure highlighting a selection of exclusive new season items prior to an autumn loyalty shopping event at Liberty. Taking inspiration from the store’s fine Arts & Crafts interior, the cover was embossed with a specially made die cast from an exquisite gothic design taken from a carved wood panel inside the store.
